The subjects to whom the personal data refers to, have the right at any moment to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of their personal data and to know the content and origins, to verify the accuracy of it, or to demand the integration or the updating, or the correction thereof, of the inaccuracies (art. 7 del D. Lgs 196/03).
According to the same (art.7del D. Lgs 196/03) the subjects have the right to ask for the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or to block the treated data in violation of the law, as well as to oppose it in anyway, for legitimate reasons concerning their treatment.
